Optimization design strategy of urban rail transit station space in post epidemic Era ——Taking Guanghan North Railway Station in Sichuan as an example

This submission has open access
Abstract
The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in early 2020 brought great pressure to city rail transportation, and also made people have higher requirements for the safety and humanization design of the traffic station space.Based on the data of Baidu open platform and ArcGIS inverse distance weight method, and combined with the changes of psychological factors, behavior patterns and the new requirements of space environment when passengers travel after the epidemic, this paper analyzed the Guanghan North Railway Station in Sichuan. It is concluded that the accessibility of regional traffic space is insufficient, the spatial order of the station is chaotic, and the spatial security is poor. And based on the purpose of improving the capacity and level of rail transit station space to deal with major public health emergencies, strengthening the diversity of urban transport supply, enhancing the space elasticity and urban resilience of rail transit station, this paper discusses the space optimization design strategy of Guanghan North Railway Station from two aspects of macro layout and internal design. It provides a reference for high quality and sustainable urban rail transit station space design in the post epidemic era.
