RESEARCH AND PLANNING RESPONDING ON WELL-BEING INDEX OF BORDER ETHNIC MINORITIES

Abstract
Residents' well-being is of great significance to people's livelihood and sustainable development. Compared with residents in eastern and central regions of China, residents in border ethnic areas have a stronger influence on their well-being due to their different living habits and economic development level. This paper firstly traces the origin of well-being index research and distinguishes the evaluation methods and tools for domestic and foreign studies on well-being and well-being index. Secondly, taking Honghe prefecture of Yunnan province as an example, under the research of currently well-being index measurement index system model and the empirical study,taking the particularity of minority areas happiness evaluation system in consideration, on the basis of considering the objective factors such as economic development, into the physical and mental health Subjective influence elements such as family structure integration, and refactoring for border national happiness index, and explore the relationship between happiness index and its spatial correspondence in border ethnic areas. Finally, the characteristics of spatial transmission mechanism of happiness index are obtained under the framework of overall planning of territorial space. The influencing factors of the livability of the living environment in the border ethnic areas are discussed, and the corresponding measures to improve the space livability of the border ethnic areas are further proposed.In addition, a more harmonious and livable city can be built through the constraints and conduction of spatial elements and indicators based on the hierarchy and components of the overall planning of territorial space.
