Research on Comprehensive Disaster Risk Assessment of County-level Cities under the Context of The Land Space Master Plan —Taking Yixing City in Southern Jiangsu as an empirical object

Abstract:Previous disasters risk assessment study to assess the presence of incomplete factor, single-hazard assessment and other issues. In the context of the land space master plan, with the introduction of "Guide", deepening the urban disaster risk assessment put forward new requirements. It is the preparation and implementation of the land space master plan premise. County-level cities, as an important level of the five levels and three categories in the compilation of the land space master plan, have a certain degree of typicality and particularity. Based on the theory of resilient cities, in the context of spatial planning, this article takes Yixing City, a typical area in southern Jiangsu, as an empirical object. Proposed that disaster risk is composed of three dimensions: vulnerability of hazard-bearing body, hazard risk of hazard factors, and disaster prevention and relief capabilities. An attempt was made to construct a risk assessment system with 6 indicators and 21 sub-items from these three dimensions. particularity index weights to differentiate assignment, comprehensive matrix superimposed to form the city's comprehensive disaster risk assessment results in GIS platform in order to provide the basis and support for the preparation of the land space master plan and integrated special planning, to provide scientific improve urban toughness capability basis.
